Any unwanted products can be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase as long as the product is still in its original, unopened packaging with all security tags still in place. We reserve the right to refuse returns of unwanted products for any reason, at any time.

Unwanted products that are returned within 14 days of purchase will receive a 100% refund.

You are responsible for the returned products until they reach our warehouse. The cost and risk of return will be at your expense and we strongly recommend that you get proof of postage and use a tracked and insured postage service.

Where we agree to accept unwanted products back from you, we reserve the right to charge you a re-stocking fee of 25% of the product price.
